The consortium, which comprises Cellnex, MASMOVIL Group, Parlem Telecom, Nearby Computing, Aumenta Solutions, Lenovo, Atos and Nae, has set up as a joint venture to perform the project and has the backing and cooperation of Barcelona City Council and Mobile World Capital Barcelona.
